CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - AUGUST 2011

With 19 luxury house and land packages already sold, a further 8 packages are currently available at the site with another 8 homes soon to be released. The project is well into its construction phase with two already completed with residents moving during June. There are also another 18 homes under construction at the moment with four of those due for imminent completion.

In November 2011, Stonehenge will be opening Lot 11 - 9 Waterfront Drive  - as a Stonehenge Display Home until November 2012. In November 2012, Lot 6 will then be opened as a Display Home. Lot Six is still available for purchase and with it comes a few great incentives. By purchasing Lot Six, the buyer will recieve two years of guaranteed rent for the duration of the Display Home period. That is a guaranteed $52,000 per annum.

LATEST PHOTOS FROM WILLIAMS COVE

Here are some of the latest images from the Williams Cove site taken in March 2011. As you can see they site is changing and developing on a daily basis. Lot 27 and Lot 28 (facing Kororoit Creek Rd) are nearing completion. Great views of the lake, local wetlands and Port Phillip Bay are available from Lots 7-23 with Lot 11 & Lot 12 currently being constructed. Lot 11 will be a display home that will open in November 2011. 

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction is progress well at Williams Cove will access roads built, utility services installed in many allotments and timber frames constructed on a number of the dwellings. In the lead up to Christmas, eight concrete slabs were poured and since that time, construction of some of the properties has moved along swiftly. 

Stonehenge expects the first home at Williams Cove to completed in June 2011 with Lot 22 - 13 Sunset Drive (which is available for sale) - the first to be built. A further eight homes are expected to be completed by Christmas and we hope many of our buyers can spend the holiday period in their sparkling new homes.

HOMES STILL AVAILABLE

A number of the townhouse lots are still available at Williams Cove. In the past year and a half, 17 out of the 26 homes available have been sold.  A further eight townhouses, four of them the triple storey homes with vast views of Port Phillp Bay and the local wetlands, are expected to be released in November 2011. 

Lot 11 - Nine Waterfront Place, Williamstown - is set to become a Stonehenge display home later this year. This property has premium views of Port Phillip Bay, is three stories and incorporates design qualities that are synomynous with the Stonehenge style.
