Originally formed as a renovation and restorations company in 1981, Stonehenge quickly developed into a construction firm specialising in custom and prestige homes. Throughout the past 30 years, Stonehenge has become an innovative leader within the design and construction industry for its award-winning custom home designs in Melbourne's premiere suburbs.

Following a successful entry into the aged care and integrated development construction & design sector in Japan, a first for an Australian company, Stonehenge embarked on it's most ambitious project yet - Williams Bay. Williams Bay is a 51-home master-planned that was developed, designed and built by Stonehenge. It's unique community value, quality design, workmanship and interior design saw it win the award for best Medium Density Development at the 2002 Housing Industry Awards.

Since Williams Bay's completion, Stonehenge built other successful integrated developments all around Melbourne, including Maribynong, Williamstown (Caspian Mews - located next to the Williams Cove site) and Sanctuary Lakes. As well as their premiere developments, Stonehenge has been critically involved in the development, construction and design of aged care communities in regional Victoria, including the current Swan Hill Village development within the Tower Hill estate.
