In bringing the vision of Williams Cove into reality and critical to our core philosophy, we have once again assembled a talented team of Planners, Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, Suppliers and specialised Tradespeople who will work in a highly collaborative environment to produce an extraordinary urban outcome for this new development.

Management Team

Having been involved in the building industry for nearly 30 years, Mark has a reputation in the industry as a progressive and innovative thinker. His unique drive and visionary approach have engendered a culture of excellence and innovation within Stonehenge that continues to lie at the heart of its success.

Mark grew up in the Williamstown area with his parents owning a local kiosk on the beach. Mark’s affinity with Williamstown continued when he became one of the first to build on the Rifle Range area in 1993. Since then, he has continually built throughout the area, including the Master Planned Development of Williams Bay; a 52-house HIA Award winning development completed in 2000.

Mark is the face of the Williams Cove development and plays a hands-on role in all aspects of the project. From the architectural design process, to the sales and construction of the project, Mark liaises with clients to ensure that they get the service and experience they expect when buying a Stonehenge property.

 

Adrian Roads, Construction Manager

Adrian Roads first joined the company as an apprentice carpenter over 20 years ago and now has vast experience on all levels of construction management and the deliverance of a quality project to meet our high standards. His background in the practicalities of building, have played a key part in Stonehenge being able to deliver an integrated service to our customers. As a Williamstown local, Adrian understands the complex environment that Williams Cove is being built within. Adrian will oversee the entire construction project from its planning to its completion.

 

Nathan Davis, Project Manager

As a qualified carpenter and with extensive carpentry experience both within Australia and running his own team of carpenters in the UK, Nathan brings to his role as Project Manager, a commitment to exceedingly high quality outcomes and a meticulous eye for detail. Nathan is an all rounder and his outgoing personality and excellent communication skills means he is highly regarded by Stonehenge clients, subcontractors and staff. Along with Adrian, Nathan is also a Williamstown resident. He will also oversee the construction of the Williams Cove development while also assisting Mark with client liaison.

 

Simon Moustakas, Project Manager

Simon began working with Stonehenge at the beginning of 2000 following the completion of his Diploma of Building Construction at RMIT University. Simon has worked on many projects throughout his career with Stonehenge such as Alma Road, Camberwell. Simon was part of the team that won HIA Home of the Year and Best Development 2001 for the 51 lot Williams Bay development in Williamstown. Simon is now the project manager, along with Nathan Davis for Stonehenge’s latest Master Planned development, Williams Cove, located in Williamstown.

 

Melinda Browning, Marketing Manager

With post graduate marketing qualifications and 10 years experience in different national and state marketing roles across various industries, Melinda joined Stonehenge in 1996 to launch the highly successful Williams Bay project, Williamstown. With the ability to 'think outside the square', Melinda hasprovided valuable, cost effective and results driven strategies that haveresulted in record sales across a number of high profile Stonehenge projects.Melinda and the staff from Keyvision, a Stonehenge company, are overseeing the highly successful marketing of Williams Cove, including the innovative social media campaign.

 

Design Team

Nicoletta Dimovski, Divisional Manager

Nicoletta has over 16 years experience in design and construction since graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Planning & Design from Melbourne University. Joining Stonehenge in 1996, her design vocabulary in initial years included residential, recreation, institutional and aged care projects in Japan.

With her strong Project Management and Administration skills, she naturally progressed into the role of Stonehenge Creative’s Division Manager, leading a design team of architects and documenters. Her design skills have also contributed to development of many commercial, recreational, medium density residential and traditional custom design projects locally.

 

Hans Balwalski, Senior Architect

Raised in the former West Germany, Hans graduated from the University of Karlsruhe with a diploma from the Faculty of Architecture, equivalent to a master’s degree in Australia. On a holiday trip in 1989 he virtually fell in love with Australia as a country and particularly Melbourne as an urban metropolis.

Hans joined Stonehenge in 1993 and quickly became involved in a number Stonehenge’s key projects both in Australia and Japan. Hans has been an integral part in creating the overall vision for the Williams Cove development. Using his flair for style and eye for the small details, Hans has helped the Stonehenge team create some of their most unique, smart and urban designs of the Willaims Cove development.

 

Ljiljana Arnautovic, Interior Designer

Born in Sarajevo-Bosnia and Herzegovia, Ljiljana completed Architectural Technical School in Sarajevo (equivalent to Diploma in Architecture). Ljiljana worked for 15 years in one of the largest company in Bosnia as an architectural technician assisting principal architects.

She joined Stonehenge in 1998 and has worked on a large number of Award winning projects as senior documenter. Ljiljana has a strong interest and highly developed skill in detailed design of interior fit-out of prestigious contemporary and complex traditional projects.

 

Sylvio Eckermann, Graduate Architect / Architectural Documenter

Sylvio Eckerman

Born in Dresden, Germany, began his career with a 3-year apprenticeship as an architectural documenter. Following this, he studied his Diploma of Engineering in Architecture (which is the equivalent of a Masters in Architecture) which saw him studying around the world, gaining great experience. He attended workshops in New York, New Orleans (following Hurricane Katrina) and Germany.

Whilst studying, Sylvio was also working on residential renovations, as well as industrial projects in Germany including the new Berlin Airport. He was responsible for the design, town planning and working drawings for the main power station at the Berlin Airport.

Sylvio first joined Stonehenge in 2006 for a work experience semester which was critical to his studies. He re-joined the Stonehenge team in 2007 on a part-time basis before becoming a full-time employee. He is now a critical part of the Stonehenge Creative and is working on the Williams Cove project, a range of Custom Homes and the designs for new Action Sports arenas in India (Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai).

Sylvio hopes to settle in Melbourne, but is still trying (and failing) to find good bread, cheese and sausage in Australia.

 

Kuni Mukai, Project Architect

Kuni is a valued member of the Stonehenge Creative team as a project architect working mainly on the Williams Cove project. Having studied a Bachelor of Built Environment at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) as well as a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Melbourne, Kuni brings a vast range of experience to the team.

His key responsibilities within the Creative team is the engagement with builders on a project, the coordination of consultants, coordination of the architectural documentation and other day-to-day project managment measures.

 

Ryan Ran Qiao, Architectural Documenter

Orginally from China, Ryan joined Stonehenge in November 2010. He graduated from the Harbin Institute of Technology in China with a Bachelor in Architecture before coming to Australia where he obtained his Master of Architecture at The University of Melbourne. During his studies at HIT, he was awarded the Merit Student Prize and Three Scholarships.

Before coming to Stonhenge, Ryan worked for a range of companies in China and Melbourne.

At Stonehenge, Ryan's responsibilities include architectural documentation, graphic presentation as well as 3D modelling and rendering of our projects. Ryan is involved on the Williams Cove project in Williamstown.

 

David Keogh, Architectural Documenter

David Keogh

Born in Ireland, David has a Diploma in Architectural Technology. He spent eight years working in architectural practices in Dublin, Ireland before deciding to travel around Australia. Like so many of the Stonehenge Creative team, he fell in love with Melbourne and has decided to stay put.

David has been working in Australia for nearly two years on commercial, industrial, educational, residential, renovations, health-care and refurbishment projects. After a stint in New Zealand, David has returned to Stonehenge and is now an integral part of the Stonehenge Creative team.

David's key responsibilities include preparing town planning drawings and working drawings for Stonehenge's Williams Cove project in Williamstown.

 

Louis Cai, Architectural Documenter

Born in China, Louis moved to Australia in 2001 and completed her secondary schooling in Melbourne. In 2002, while studying year 11, she won the prestigious Westpac Australian Mathematics Competition. She went on to graduate from Melbourne University with a Bachelor in Planning & Design (Architecture).

After graduating Louis worked in China for 9 months designing private homes, which were constructed. Louis joined Stonehenge in late 2008 and has proven to be a fast learner with meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of work methods.
